What is your return policy?

We want to make sure you are satisfied with your Scarlett Thomas product. If you are not satisfied and wish to return an item, we will allow returns as long as the product is at least 75% intact and within 30 days. To initiate a return, please use our Return Portal (click here). Follow the steps in the portal to submit a return request. If your return is accepted, we will send you a label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. Please also note that we will cover the return shipping costs if the Checkout+ service is selected at checkout. Otherwise, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Once we receive the return, we will process the return and issue a refund within 1-2 business days.
