Do I have to pay for return shipping? When you place an order, Scarlett Thomas will cover the shipping costs for that order within the United States. If you wish to return or exchange an item, we kindly ask that you pay for your own return shipping.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Once shipped within the United States, orders will arrive within 3-5 business days. Once shipped outside the United States, orders will typically arrive within 8-14 business days, sometimes longer. International customers may experience delays and longer shipping times during the holidays.

Can I expedite my order? Please contact Support@ScarlettThomas.shop with your address. We will do our best to expedite shipping the same day and let you know the additional cost of expediting. We can't guarantee it, but we'll do our best to take care of our tribe!
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel a standing order, we require at least 48 hours notice and we will attempt to stop the order. Please email your request to Support@ScarlettThomas.shop. If the order has not yet been processed (i.e. your card has not yet been charged) or shipped, we may be able to cancel or modify your order, but this is not guaranteed. If your card has already been charged and you attempt to cancel the order, it is likely that we will not be able to stop and cancel the order in time.
If the item has already been shipped (i.e. has a tracking number), we cannot stop or modify the order, but we are happy to assist you in returning the item for a refund or exchange if you wish. Please email your request to Support@ScarlettThomas.shop to obtain an RMA number and return address.

Who is responsible for customs duties and VAT?
Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, Japan are all Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
All other countries are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
Please note that once you receive the tracking number, please keep an eye on your package. If the post office attempts to deliver but is unable to deliver the package, resulting in the package being returned, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
